Ask on WhatsAppHow fast can you collect a container from the port?
Once your clearing agent releases the documents we can usually put a truck on it the same working day, and on the next morning at the latest. Tell us early and we will hold equipment for the slot.
Do you quote a fixed price or an estimate?
A fixed, all-in price in writing before the truck moves — transport, waiting time within the agreed window, and empty return where it applies. If your side of the job changes, we tell you the cost before we act.
Can you help if my box is already accumulating storage charges?
Yes, and it is worth calling immediately. We will check the terminal position, find the earliest realistic slot and move it out. We cannot undo charges already raised, but we can stop them growing.
Do you handle customs clearing too?
We are the transport side. We work hand in hand with your clearing and forwarding agent every day, and if you do not have one we can point you to agents our customers trust.
Is my cargo insured while it is on your truck?
We confirm goods-in-transit cover before loading and put the details in writing with your quote. For high-value or unusual cargo tell us the value up front so cover is arranged correctly.
Do you take long-term or contract work?
Yes. If you have regular volumes we will put dedicated trucks and a named dispatcher on your account with contract rates. Email us and we will build a proposal around your volumes.
